  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  2. Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish, and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
  6. Plate with your favorite sides and enjoy!
