4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or breasts
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish, and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes or until the skin is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
