A soothing beverage combining lemon, ginger, and Manuka honey, perfect for wellness and weight management.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger (grated or sliced)
  • Juice of 1/2 Fresh Lemon
  • 12 teaspoons Manuka Honey
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Gather fresh ginger, lemon, Manuka honey, and water. Measure about 1 tablespoon of ginger, the juice of half a lemon, and 1-2 teaspoons of honey.
  2. In a kettle, bring about 2 cups of water to a boil.
  3. Add the grated or sliced ginger to the boiling water and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the ginger pieces using a fine mesh sieve, pouring the liquid into your favorite mug.
  5. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
  6. Stir in 1-2 teaspoons of Manuka honey while the liquid is still warm.
  7. Taste and adjust by adding more lemon or honey if desired. Enjoy it warm!
