A rich and decadent pecan pie enhanced with the creamy sweetness of condensed milk, featuring a gooey filling and crunchy pecans.

  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the pie crust by laying it in a pie dish and pre-baking for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the filling into the pre-baked pie crust.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set around the edges but still slightly jiggly in the center.
  7. Let it cool for at least 2 hours before slicing.
