  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until fully mixed. Press into the bottom of the springform pan to create the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.

  5. Stir in the vanilla extract, sour cream, and flour, mixing gently until combined.
  6. Pour the batter over the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool in the oven with the door cracked for one hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
