Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 12 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Red and white sprinkles (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining crushed graham crackers with melted butter until crumbly. Press into an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Bake the crust in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes and let cool.
  3. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and let cool.
  5. Add melted white chocolate and peppermint extract to the cream mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Gently fold in whipped cream until just incorporated.
  7. Spread the cream mixture over the cooled crust and top with sprinkles.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set. Slice and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Can be frozen for up to a month.
