A delicious and easy chicken crunch wrap that combines seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, and crispy tortillas, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Optional toppings: sliced jalapeños, guacamole, or salsa

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and taco seasoning, cooking for about 7-10 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
  2. Warm the Tortillas: In a separate pan, lightly warm the tortillas for about 20-30 seconds on each side.
  3. Build Your Wraps: Lay each warm tortilla flat, add sour cream in the center, then add the cooked chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese.
  4. Fold Your Wrap: Fold the sides of the tortilla toward the center, then roll it up from the bottom to secure the fillings.
  5. Crisp the Wrap: Cook the wrap seam-side down on a skillet over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Slice the wrap in half and serve warm with guacamole, salsa, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For storage, keep wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, wrap in foil and heat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
