Quick and flavorful bite-sized tacos with seasoned meat, creamy ranch dressing, and a satisfying crunch, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, or corn)
  • Tortilla chips or mini taco shells

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef or turkey. Cook until browned (5-7 minutes) and drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water; simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  3. Add diced vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until soft.
  4. Remove from heat, fold in ranch dressing and cheese until melted.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or oven to the same temperature.
  6. Spoon filling onto tortilla chips or into mini taco shells.
  7. Cook in air fryer or oven for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden.
  8. Serve immediately with toppings like cilantro, jalapeños, or extra ranch dressing.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute ground meat with plant-based protein. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
