Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup powdered sugar (plus extra for dusting)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Add in the flour and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Scoop the dough using a tablespoon or cookie scoop and roll it into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  5. Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers still appear slightly soft.
  7. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  8. Once completely cool, roll the cookies in powdered sugar.

Notes

For a festive touch, add a second layer of powdered sugar for extra sweetness.
