  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Peel the banana and orange, and chop the banana into smaller pieces.
  2. Add the banana, mango chunks, orange segments, Greek yogurt, and orange juice into the blender.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. If desired, adjust consistency by adding more orange juice or yogurt, or blend in ice cubes for a chilled texture.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup if needed.
