  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your cookie trays with parchment paper. If the air is warm, chill the cookie dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt, mixing on low speed until large crumbles form.
  5. Pour in the milk and mix until the dough absorbs the liquid. Add more milk if needed.
  6. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a large open star tip.
  7. Pipe the dough onto the lined trays, forming rosettes.
  8. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are light golden brown.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
