Tender and flavorful country-style ribs slow-cooked to perfection in a tangy BBQ sauce.

  • 34 pounds country-style pork ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the ribs under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture over all sides of the ribs.
  3. Arrange the seasoned ribs upright in the slow cooker.
  4. Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs, coating them generously.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until fork-tender.
  6. Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Allow leftovers to cool before storing in airtight containers for up to three days.
