Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Melt the butter in the skillet and avoid browning it.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  5. Cook the chicken for about 7 to 8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  6. Pour the garlic butter sauce over the chicken and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Pound the chicken for even cooking and pat dry before seasoning for better browning. Leftovers can be refrigerated for 3 to 4 days and should be reheated gently.
