Delightful no-bake bars inspired by traditional sugar cookies, perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of crushed sugar cookies (for the base)
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed sugar cookies and melted butter. Stir until evenly blended.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spread the frosting over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until frosting has set.
