Delightful bite-sized treats combining creamy cheesecake, salty pretzels, and drizzled salted caramel.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Pretzels, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. Crush pretzels in a resealable bag until you have small pieces.
  3. Gently fold the crushed pretzels into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Roll the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Drizzle or dip the balls in caramel sauce and sprinkle sea salt on top.
  7. Return to the refrigerator until ready to serve.
