Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  2. Warm the water on the stove or microwave for about 30 seconds.
  3. Mix in the salt until fully dissolved.
