Delightful strawberries dipped in white chocolate, decorated to resemble playful ghosts, perfect for Halloween festivities.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Edible candy eyes
  • Parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Prep the strawberries by rinsing under cold water and patting them dry.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, coating it fully, and let excess chocolate drip off.
  4. While the chocolate is still warm, place two candy eyes on each strawberry.
  5. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 minutes to speed up the process.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy!
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
