A delightful twist on classic pecan pie, these Pecan Pie Crescents feature flaky crescent dough filled with a rich and sweet pecan mixture, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 can crescent dough
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, beaten egg, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, mixing until well incorporated.
  3. Open the can of crescent dough and separate it into triangles on the prepared baking sheet.
