Easy and delicious no-bake treat combining peanut butter and marshmallows, perfect for family gatherings or a quick dessert.

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups rice cereal
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the baking dish: Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the marshmallows and peanut butter: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine mini marshmallows and peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla and salt: Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the melted mixture, stirring until well combined.
  4. Add rice cereal: Gently fold rice cereal into the mixture until thoroughly coated.
  5. Press into the baking dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and press down firmly with parchment paper to create an even layer.
  6. Chill to set: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm.
  7. Cut and serve: Remove from the dish, cut into squares, and enjoy!
