  • 3 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sliced onions with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  3. Layer the chicken in a greased baking dish, arranging the breasts in a single layer.
  4. Spread the seasoned onion mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Pour the beef broth over the chicken and onions.
