A warm and comforting one-pot meal featuring tender chicken and creamy tortellini in a garlicky butter sauce with a touch of spice.

  • 2 cups cooked tortellini
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat until it foams slightly and becomes fragrant.
  2. Add the minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Cook the diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper, for about 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Combine the cooked tortellini and Parmesan cheese, mixing well until heated through.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Adjust crushed red pepper flakes to taste. Reserve pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency as needed.
