  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour a bundt or loaf pan to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, buttermilk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
