1 cup peanut butter
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Chex cereal
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter and chocolate chips until melted and creamy.
In a large bowl, mix sugar and eggs until bubbly, then stir in the melted mixture.
Fold in the flour and then mix in the Chex cereal carefully.
Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are just turning brown.
Cool on the baking sheet and dust with powdered sugar.
