Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 cups Macaroni
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar and Mozzarella)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 1 Garlic (diced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Italian seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, garlic, egg, and seasonings; mix until just combined.
  4. In a separate pot, combine cooked macaroni, shredded cheese, and milk; stir over low heat until creamy.
  5. In a greased baking dish, spread half of the meat mixture, then layer the cheesy macaroni on top, followed by the rest of the meat mixture.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until browned.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve.
