A creamy, cheesy pasta dish infused with the flavors of a classic cheeseburger, featuring ground beef, Alfredo sauce, and crispy bacon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz. penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, about 8–10 minutes, then drain, reserving a cup of pasta water.
  2. In the same pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat, about 5-7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add heavy cream to the pot and simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
  4. Stir in Parmesan and cheddar cheese until melted; adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if necessary.
  5. Toss the drained pasta in the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and fold in crumbled bacon.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream and reduce cheese amounts. Leftovers can be reheated with a splash of milk to restore creaminess.
