Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Wash lemons and ginger thoroughly.
  2. Prepare the Ginger: Peel and grate or slice the ginger.
  3. Squeeze the Lemons: Cut lemons in half, juice them, and remove seeds.
  4. Combine: Add grated ginger and lemon juice to a pitcher, then pour in water.
  5. Infuse: Allow the mixture to sit for at least 30 minutes or longer in the fridge.
  6. Strain (if needed): Strain out ginger pieces if desired.
