Lasagna Roll-Ups are a delicious twist on classic lasagna, featuring stuffed pasta shells filled with ricotta and topped with rich marinara sauce.

Ingredients

  • Lasagna Noodles
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • Spinach (fresh or frozen)
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Ground Meat (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles until al dente, then lay them flat on a towel.
  2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup parmesan, and spinach. Season as desired.
  3. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of filling on each noodle, roll them up tightly, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the roll-ups, covering them well.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
  6. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool before serving.
