A refreshing and nutritious smoothie combining matcha green tea with fruits, perfect for weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup Spinach or Kale
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or Plant-Based Yogurt
  • 1 cup Almond Milk or Coconut Water

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: matcha powder, banana, spinach (or kale), yogurt, and almond milk (or coconut water).
  2. Prepare your matcha by sifting it into a bowl and mixing it with a small amount of hot water until smooth.
  3. In a blender, combine the banana, spinach or kale, yogurt, and the dissolved matcha.
  4. Pour in your choice of almond milk or coconut water and blend until smooth.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  6. Taste the smoothie and add honey or agave syrup for sweetness if desired, then blend again.
  7. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best flavor.
  8. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of matcha powder or slices of fruit.

Notes

For best results, drink in the morning or as a post-workout snack. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
