  • 16 oz Full-Fat Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large Eggs (At Room Temperature)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream (For serving)
  • 1 cup Fresh Berries (For serving)
  • 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce (For drizzling on top)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Gradually mix in the heavy cream until well combined.
  5. Sift the all-purpose flour and salt into the batter, folding gently until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is burnt and the edges are set, with a jiggly center.
  8. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for about an hour.
  9. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. When ready to serve, remove from the pan, slice, and top with whipped cream, fresh berries, and caramel sauce.

Notes

For best texture, use room temperature ingredients. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
