A comforting blend of tender chicken thighs, sweet and tangy honey BBQ sauce, and fluffy rice, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Thighs
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Long-grain White Rice
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey and BBQ sauce to create the marinade.
  3. Marinate the chicken for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until done.
  5. Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
  6. Chop the cooked chicken and mix it with the remaining honey BBQ sauce.
  7. Serve the chicken over the rice and drizzle with leftover sauce and garnish before serving.
