A rich and gooey cake combining the deep flavors of coffee and caramel, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the butter and eggs until creamy, then mix in the brewed coffee.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring gently to avoid overmixing.
  5. Fold in half of the caramel sauce.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool for about 10-15 minutes before drizzling the remaining caramel sauce on top.
  9. Allow the cake to cool completely on a wire rack before serving.
