  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Layer the toppings by pouring the sweetened condensed milk over the batter, followed by shredded coconut and chopped pecans, without stirring.
