Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder or sheets
  • 1 cup cold water or juice
  • 1 cup 100% natural fruit juice (orange, apple, or berry)
  • Sweetener (optional, such as honey or stevia)
  • Citric acid (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and measure approximately 2 cups of liquid in total.
  2. In a medium bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 1 cup of cold water or juice and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, gently heat the remaining 1 cup of juice over low heat, avoiding boiling.
  4. Pour the bloomed gelatin mixture into the warm juice and stir until completely dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add any sweetener, if desired, and stir until dissolved.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours until fully set.
  7. Once set, cut the gelatin into cubes or fun shapes and enjoy your delicious gelatin snacks!
