A delightful dish that combines juicy garlic-infused steak bites with perfectly roasted potatoes, perfect for weeknight dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin)
  • 1 lb potatoes (baby or Yukon Gold)
  • 45 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces (1-2 inches) and wash the potatoes, cutting them in half or quarters.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper and let it sit.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add potatoes and season with salt and pepper, cooking for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Add minced garlic in the last few minutes of cooking the potatoes.
  5. Push potatoes to the side, add remaining olive oil and steak bites, sear for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir steak and potatoes together in the skillet and cook for another minute to meld flavors.
  7. Serve on a platter and garnish with fresh parsley.

You can swap out ingredients as needed and try using other cooking methods like slow cooker or air fryer.
