An easy yet luxurious steak recipe topped with a rich garlic butter and creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners and special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 11.5 pounds steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until melted.
  3. Place the steak in the pan and sear for 4–5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for 3–4 minutes on the other side until medium-rare.
  4. Remove steak from the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  5. In the same pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in heavy cream while stirring, then whisk in the grated Parmesan until smooth and slightly thickened.
  7. Slice the steak against the grain, drizzle with the sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.

This dish pairs beautifully with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or fresh salad.
