Garlic Butter Chicken Bites

A quick, flavorful weeknight favorite featuring tender chicken cubes in a silky garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless chicken breast, trimmed and cubed
  • ½ Tablespoon herb de Provence
  • ½ Tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 40 g unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by trimming off any visible fat and cutting into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Season the chicken with smoked paprika, herb de Provence, salt, and pepper; toss until well coated.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat; add olive oil and half of the butter.
  4. Sear the chicken in the skillet for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Finish by pushing chicken to the side, adding remaining butter, and cooking garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Combine the garlic butter with the chicken and serve immediately; add chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Bring chicken to room temperature before cooking for even cooking. Do not overcrowd the skillet.
