This Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta is a warm and indulgent weeknight meal featuring tender chicken in a silky Parmesan cream sauce over pasta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Reduce heat. Add 2 tbsp butter and minced garlic to the pan, cooking for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add remaining butter, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan. Stir continuously for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, then return chicken to the pan, mixing or layering on top.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Cut chicken into uniform pieces for even cooking. Use reserved pasta water sparingly to loosen the sauce without diluting flavor. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
