Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter. Let the butter melt and begin to foam.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Stir frequently to ensure even cooking and coating in the garlic butter.
  5. Once done, remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
  6. Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish.

Notes

Cut the chicken into uniform pieces for even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
