A simple, satisfying weeknight favorite, these Garlic Butter Chicken Bites deliver golden seared chicken tossed in a fragrant garlic butter sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Make sure the pan is hot before adding oil so the chicken sears nicely.
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  3. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and parsley. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. Add olive oil to the skillet and then add the chicken, cooking for 6 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove the chicken and set aside on a plate.
  6. Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the skillet, and melt.
  7. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and stir until melted.
  10. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.

Notes

Pat the chicken dry to get a good golden crust. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days.
