A quick and elegant garlic butter chicken recipe that delivers rich flavor with minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt the butter. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it foams slightly.
  3. Sauté the garlic. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Cook the chicken. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet in a single layer. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6 to 7 minutes per side.
  5. Baste while cooking. Spoon the garlic butter over the tops to keep the meat moist.
  6. Rest and serve. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For even cooking, ensure chicken breasts are similar in thickness. Store cooked chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 4 days.
