8 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3–4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions (10-12 minutes) until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, and simmer gently. Gradually add remaining butter, stirring until melted.
Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
Combine cooked bowtie pasta with cheese sauce and beef, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately for best flavor.
