Deliciously baked chicken breasts with a rich garlic butter finish, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with a light coating of butter or oil.
  2. Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them.
  4. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving and let the chicken rest for 3 to 5 minutes.

Notes

Store cooled chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
