A comforting and simple baked chicken dish with garlic and butter, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and position a rack in the center.
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat in a small saucepan and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Season the chicken evenly with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the warm garlic butter over them.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through to 165°F / 74°C.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with a crusty side or creamy pasta for a hearty meal. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
