Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
  • 1 pound green grapes, sliced
  • 1 pound red grapes, sliced
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the chopped Granny Smith apples and sliced green and red grapes to the bowl.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped pecans, ensuring all ingredients are well coated in the dressing.
  4. Serve the fruit salad immediately, or for a chilled version, cover and place in the refrigerator for a short while before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, make this salad shortly before serving. Add pecans just before serving to maintain their crunch.
