Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until well combined and fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) or heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. If using the air fryer, arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy. If pan-frying, cook for 5-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Ensure the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) before serving.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
