Delightful no-bake cookies made with crispy rice cereal, chocolate, butterscotch, and marshmallows, perfect for family gatherings.

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. Melt butter, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth (4-5 minutes).
  3. Off the heat, fold in mini marshmallows until coated.
  4. Gradually add crispy rice cereal, stirring until evenly coated.
  5. Scoop small portions and shape into balls or cookies on prepared baking sheet.
