Ingredients
Scale
2 cups Pretzels
1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
a pinch Sea Salt
Instructions
Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth—about 1 to 2 minutes total.
Mix in Peanut Butter: Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the peanut butter until completely blended and silky.
Combine with Pretzels: Gently fold in the pretzels, making sure each piece is coated in the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
Portion Out Clusters: Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add Sea Salt: Before the mixture sets, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over each cluster.
Chill to Set: Place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are firm and set.
Serve & Enjoy: Once set, they are ready to eat!
