A scrumptious no-bake treat combining the rich taste of peanut butter with the crunchy goodness of pretzels and sweet chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pretzels
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • a pinch Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth—about 1 to 2 minutes total.
  2. Mix in Peanut Butter: Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the peanut butter until completely blended and silky.
  3. Combine with Pretzels: Gently fold in the pretzels, making sure each piece is coated in the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
  4. Portion Out Clusters: Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Add Sea Salt: Before the mixture sets, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over each cluster.
  6. Chill to Set: Place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are firm and set.
  7. Serve & Enjoy: Once set, they are ready to eat!

Notes

Serve with milk, coffee, or ice cream. They can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
