Easy Chocolate Peppermint Lasagna

A festive no-bake dessert that layers rich chocolate with refreshing peppermint essence and a creamy filling.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1215 chocolate graham crackers
  • Crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy for about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Add the chocolate syrup and peppermint extract to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Place a single layer of chocolate graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker layer, spreading it evenly.
  6. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers followed by the remaining cream cheese mixture and then another layer of graham crackers.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to five days. The flavors will improve over time.
