Ingredients

Scale
  • 36 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Food coloring, pink, blue, yellow, green
  • Sprinkles or edible glitter for decoration

Instructions

  1. Make the Oreo mixture by combining finely crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese until dough-like.
  2. Shape the mixture into small egg-shaped balls about 1 inch in size.
  3. Freeze the shaped Oreo eggs for 15 to 20 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Color the melted chocolate by dividing it into small bowls and adding food coloring.
  6. Dip each frozen Oreo egg into the colored chocolate to coat completely.
  7. Decorate immediately with sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Chill the decorated eggs for at least 30 minutes until the coating is fully set.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for the smoothest mixing and work quickly when dipping chocolate.
