A simple yet effective gelatin drink designed to aid weight loss and support overall health.

Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 12 cups water (or herbal teas/juices)
  • Sweetener (optional): honey or stevia
  • Flavoring (optional): fresh fruit juice, vanilla extract, or cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Measure out 1-2 tablespoons of gelatin powder into a bowl.
  2. Boil 1-2 cups of water in a kettle or pot.
  3. Pour the boiling water over the gelatin powder. Stir it vigorously for about 1-2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  4. Add your choice of sweetener and flavoring, adjusting to taste.
  5. Cool down the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or cups and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until it solidifies.
  7. Once set, enjoy it chilled!

Notes

For better weight loss results, consume on an empty stomach or before meals.
