  • 1 cup fruit juice
  • Sweetener (like honey or agave) to taste
  • Fresh fruits (optional)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of gelatin with 1 cup of cold water. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it blooms.
  2. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of fruit juice over medium heat until warm but not boiling (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Gradually stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm juice until fully dissolved.
  4. Add honey or your chosen sweetener to taste, stirring until fully incorporated.
  5. Gently fold in fresh fruit pieces if desired.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or a dish and let it cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes, then transfer to the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours.
  7. Once set, remove the gelatin from the molds, cut into pieces, and serve.

Notes

Customize flavors with different fruit juices. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to five days.
